Sayan had his first (well second if you count his trial hospital) bottle today. i went to get my haircut and we had read that 5 weeks was a good time to "introduce" the bottle. much later and they might not take to it. so jai fed him and said he was pretty confused for the first few minutes but then adjusted. though he kind of lost interest before eating too much. and then got very excited to return to his normal dinner offering. we'll probably give him one a week or so to keep him familiar with it for when we really need to feed him that way. any thoughts in that regard are welcome!we took some cute video of bath time today but it's too big to upload so i need to figure out how to edit it down before posting...

I had similar experiences with bottle feedings which might be of help to you. Let's chat!
Also the long feedings are part of the growth spurt which takes place around 1 month and again at 6 weeks. Call La Leche for more info and help. You'll get through it. Hang in there!
